Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who can collaborate directly with healthcare clients, understand their needs, participate in the design and implementation of customized solutions, provide technical support, solve deployment and integration challenges, and contribute to healthcare technology projects that enhance patient access, affordability, and care quality.
Responsibilities
- Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client sites, build on site, and demo
- Participate in the implementation process and help integrate solutions into client settings
- Provide technical assistance during deployment and integration phases
- Contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration phases
- Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals
- Support development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry
- Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance
- Keep informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions
- Visit new places and meet interesting people in the heart of healthcare
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional software development experience or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL
- Experience building 0-1 products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Eagerness to collaborate
- Ability to engage confidently with clients
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment
