GTM who can work directly with the CEO to scale a fast-growing AI, product, operations, partnerships, launches, deployments, and team-building, owning ambiguous zero-to-one work end-to-end in a high-trust, high-execution environment focused on automating onboarding and compliance workflows in financial services
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO on strategy, operations, growth, product launches, partnerships, and customer-facing execution
- Help scale the company across GTM, product, operations, marketing, and customer success foundations
- Support sales and partnership efforts, including strategic customer conversations and enterprise deal work
- Help expand the product into new regions and support deployments with banks and fintech customers
- Run product launches and operational initiatives from planning through execution
- Identify high-impact problems without waiting for instructions and solve them end-to-end
- Communicate tradeoffs, blockers, and decisions clearly in a fast-moving environment with minimal process
- Build internal systems and operating foundations for future hires across marketing, product, and customer success
- Make difficult decisions with incomplete information and shifting priorities
- Drive execution quality across client presentations, event plans, launch plans, and strategic projects
Required Skills
- High agency and ability to operate without needing permission or detailed instructions
- Strong zero-to-one execution ability
- Comfort working directly with founders or executive leadership
- Ability to manage ambiguous, cross-functional work across GTM, product, operations, and customer success
- Strong communication and decision-making in fast-moving environments
- High bar for precision and quality in written work, presentations, launches, and external-facing materials
- Ability to break down complex problems and execute them end-to-end
- Strong ownership mindset and impact orientation
- Comfort working at the intersection of AI, fintech, compliance, and enterprise operations
- Ability to learn quickly and operate across unfamiliar domains
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech, banking, compliance, AML, KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, or enterprise operations
- Experience at an early-stage or hyper-growth startup
- Experience supporting sales, product launches, partnerships, operations, or customer deployments
- Founder or aspiring founder profile
- Experience working with technical teams, AI products, enterprise customers, or regulated industries
- Experience scaling operational systems from early team stage to future functional teams
